I have always enjoyed taking pictures, and only recently I realized my hobby was becoming a passion. I was quick to jump into digital, mostly for the convenience and the capability to upload to the computer for immediate results. As the software evolved, and there were pixels a'plenty, I took the leap and bought a Nikon full frame dslr and various lenses, which I used until a year ago, when I went mirror less and bought into the Fuji X system.

Nature and Landscape photography remain my primary focus, and the Pacific Northwest, with it's abundant supply of lakes and mountains, is where I capture the majority of my images. Each year I take a road trip - the primary focus being photography - to see and photograph outside my day-to-day world.

My digital darkroom consists of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I process my RAW images to reflect what I envisioned when I released the shutter. Often an image -especially in nature - is only slightly enhanced to retain the vision at capture. Other times I experiment with the endless capabilities Photoshop has to offer.

I try to add new photos every couple of weeks so check back often. If you are interested in a print, feel free to contact me for licensing and any questions.

I hope you enjoy looking at these as much as I enjoy taking them.

Thanks for taking the time to visit.
